The Wolf Pack will begin its conditioning program
Wednesday and every Wednesday until further notice....we will have one weekend date in few weeks once players/coaches are done with youth/high school football.

Also conditioning in Woodland will begin soon, we are finalizing a field shortly
Each practice will begin with a short run so have your running shoes on first, cleats after....
Time 5:45 to 7 pm

Conditioning will start this Wednesday at 5:45pm at Tanzanite Park in Natomas. Directions-I 80 take Truxel Exit-go north towards Natomas MarketPlace-Turn Left on Natomas Crossing-Turn left on Innovator Dr-Park is at the end of the street-practice field is in the far right hand field past the dog area.

From I-5, take Arena Blvd Exit-go east towards Arco Arena-make a right on Innovator Dr-Park is that end of the street-practice field is in the far right hand field past the dog area.
