Toys For Tots Charity Bowl Games to come in December
Although Christmas is still a few months away, and the Summer heat hasn't even said it's final goodbye's, the NCFL is working feverishly with the Toys for Tots program along with the US Marine Corps to throw a charity event bowl game double header in mid December.
The details are not yet finalized, and there are still some key coordination that needs to take place for this event to be successful. The NCFL will announce the four teams that will participate in this upcoming exhibition bowl game event.
The Toys for Tots Bowl Game is being scheduled to be held at Foothill High School in Sacramento, CA. Partial gate admission will be donated the Toys for Tots program along with any unwrapped toys, so that children who would have had a less than fruitful Christmas can wake up to a special gift under the tree on Christmas morning.
This event is hopefully one of many events that the NCFL will be participating in this year and for many years to come. The league's goal is to become better stuards in the community and be apart of the local neighborhoods that each team represents throughout the league. GSFL and NCFL Join Forces
The lengthy negotiations resulted in the GSFL absorbing the Three NCFL Teams, and then collectively rebranding the already successful GSFL into the Newly organized NCFL. Both organizations worked very feverishly to accomplish this goal, and now are set on the next steps to solidify the union for the 2009 Season.
NCFL Seeking Student Interns league wide for 2009
The NCFL will soon be advertising for student interns in your city or town in the very near future. The internship program will be ran by the NCFL League office, and more specifically by the internship office.
Positions that are currently being sought are gameday operations and assistance, league sales and sports marketing, canvassers, gameday logistics, videography, photography, and many other positions. Bylaws and Other NCFL Rules
